Location and access

Cala d'Or is 5 minutes by car, Portocolom 10. The nearest beaches – Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera – are right at the doorstep. You can stock up in Cala d'Or and S'Horta; Palma is 50 minutes via the Ma-19. Palma airport sits about an hour away – roughly an 8-hour direct flight from New York.

Cala Serena is a quiet residential settlement in the municipality of Felanitx, right between Cala d'Or and Portocolom. A small cove, mostly residential, hardly any tourism. An insider tip for beach proximity without the bustle.

What property types are here?

Mostly villas and chalets built between the '80s and the 2000s, many in renovation. You'll find few apartments. Plots are typically 500–1,200 m².

How are the prices?

Villas between €800,000 and €2,500,000; the best sea-view spots above. Often a step more accessible than Cala d'Or.

Is there local infrastructure?

Very little on site – no supermarket, no restaurants. But Cala d'Or is 5 minutes, Portocolom 8 minutes away. Ideal if you value quiet and don't mind driving.
