Es Trenc is one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful natural beaches – and Ses Covetes sits right behind it. The place itself is small, flat and quiet, pleasantly lively in summer and still in winter. Construction is low (1–2 stories), the feel is relaxed. A very rare housing pattern on Mallorca.

Living in Ses Covetes
Low houses in a typical Andalusian-Mediterranean style, terraced houses and a few apartments. Many homes date from the '80s and '90s, often restored. Direct beachfront locations are rare and closely guarded. In neighboring Sa Ràpita you'll find more modern buildings.

Location and access
Es Trenc on foot, Sa Ràpita 3 minutes, Campos 10, Palma 40 via the Ma-19. Daily supply comes from Campos (markets on Thursday and Saturday); for more, Llucmajor or Palma. The airport sits about 40 minutes away – roughly an 8-hour direct flight from New York.
