Es Carritxó is a village in its purest form – one main street, one church, a handful of houses, fields all around. That simplicity makes it one of the most honest addresses in the southeast. People who live here drive into Felanitx for everything, but they have land, silence and almond blossom in return.

Mostly fincas and country homes on larger plots – classic dry-stone walls, almond and olive trees, often with a well. In the village itself, smaller village houses. Renovation projects are the norm.

Location and access
Felanitx in 10 minutes, Portocolom 12, Palma about 55. Local infrastructure is sparse – but Felanitx has everything a small town needs. The beaches of Portocolom and Cala Marsal are close. Palma airport is about an hour away – roughly an 8-hour direct flight from New York.
