What matters

Palma at a glance.

Palma is one of Europe's most livable cities – Mediterranean, cultural, compact and yet international.

01

Why Palma

Palma brings together what rarely comes together: a maritime setting, a cultural calendar, a real old town and an international restaurant and gallery scene. Here you live on foot – to the bakery, the market, the cathedral, the harbor. The city is small enough to know and big enough to never be done with.

02

Living in Palma

The range stretches from old-town apartments with patio in La Lonja, through terraced houses and apartments in Santa Catalina, all the way to penthouses with harbor view on the Paseo Marítimo. Very different micro-locations, very different prices – guidance pays off.

03

Location and access

Airport 15 minutes, the first beaches 10. The Tramuntana and the south are both within an hour. Palma has two hospitals, international schools – everything. Harbor and marina are city life. Direct flights connect Palma to New York in roughly 8 hours, Toronto in 9, Dubai in 7.

Very limited. In 2018 the city imposed a strict moratorium on new tourist rental licenses – existing licenses are extremely valuable. We verify before every purchase.

We know the island

The right one isn't always online.

A lot of what we place never makes it into the shop window. Off-market, from a neighbor, from a developer, from a lawyer. If you have an idea of what you're looking for, let's talk – we'll listen and see what fits.
