Exclusive Mandate — One year, one agent.

You work exclusively with us for one year. In return, we invest everything that's needed: professional photography, drone video, insider network, targeted buyer outreach.

Main Mandate — One point of contact.

We remain your single point of contact. Other agents may only offer the property through us – as cooperation partners, in coordination with us. You only talk to us.

Option 3 · Not recommended

Open Listing — Little control.

You engage several agents at the same time and communicate with each separately. Sounds like more reach – in practice, it's almost always the opposite.
