What does Exclusive Buying Support cost?
0.5% of the purchase price – and only if you actually buy. Until then our service is free. You take no risk.
How is Exclusive different from standard Buying Support?
With standard buying support, we accompany you too, but you contact other agents yourself for properties outside our portfolio. With Exclusive, we take on the full market-wide research, curate for you, organize every appointment, and act as your single point of contact – you explain your wishes only once.
What happens if I don't buy anything in the end?
Then you pay nothing. The model is deliberately success-based – we only earn when you actually find your home. Until then we invest time in your search assignment without you paying anything upfront.
Why exclusivity – can't I keep searching on my own?
With Exclusive we invest a lot of time without you paying anything upfront – research, inquiries at other agencies, curated pre-selection, viewings, appointments. To keep that fair, we agree that during this period your search runs exclusively through us. You don't contact properties at other agents directly – we make the inquiry for you. That way we avoid duplicate commission claims and you really have just one point of contact. If you'd rather keep searching in parallel on your own, standard Buying Support is the right path.
Do you also accompany us to properties from other agents?
Yes – that's exactly the heart of Exclusive. We work with the reputable agencies in southeast Mallorca, inquire about properties for you, gather exposés, organize viewings. You'll never sit at ten different tables with ten different agents.
Who is my point of contact?
Susanne Elders leads the buyer side at Buena Vista Crew. She is your dedicated point of contact from the first wish list to the notary appointment – and well beyond.
How long does the assignment run – and can I exit?
We typically agree on a six-month search assignment. You can exit at any time if your plans change – no exit fee, no discussion. In return, we ask that during the assignment you don't search in parallel through other agents, so our investment in your search stays fair.
What if I come across a property myself during the search?
Just let us know – we'll inquire on your behalf. That way your search stays cleanly channeled, you don't have to contact any unfamiliar agents, and no duplicate commission claims arise. Whether it's a listing on Idealista, a tip from a neighbor, or a window display in Santanyí: send us the link or the address, we'll take it from there.
