Why Calonge
Calonge is one of those villages tourism has overlooked – and that's its advantage. The plaça is the meeting point, the church the heart, the rest is residential. Even in summer it's quieter than Felanitx or Santanyí, and yet everything is reachable in 10 minutes.

Living in Calonge
Townhouses with patios dominate – many from the 19th and early 20th centuries, with natural stone, high rooms, and often in need of renovation. The surrounding countryside offers fincas and country homes with gardens or almond trees. Prices noticeably below Felanitx.

Location and access
Felanitx is 7 minutes away, Cala d'Or 12, Portocolom 15. Local supply is solid (bakery, bar, small supermarket); for more you head into Felanitx. Palma is 50 minutes via the Ma-19. The airport sits about an hour away – roughly an 8-hour flight from New York.
