A small residential area above one of Mallorca’s most beautiful bays. No hotel, no bustle - living by the sea with pines, sandstone and quiet. Cala Llombards is small, exclusive and almost car-free at the beach.

Mainly villas and chalets, plus a few apartments. Plots are usually 600-1,500 m², houses between 120 and 350 m². New builds and renovations alternate.

What is the price level?

Villas range between EUR 1.2 and 4 million, with premium sea-view locations clearly above that. Apartments start from around EUR 500,000. Supply is small, waiting times are normal.

Are there ETV licences?

In parts, yes. The municipality of Santanyí has become more restrictive here - we check what is legally possible for each individual property.
