What matters

S'Alqueria Blanca at a glance.

S'Alqueria Blanca is the quiet alternative to Santanyí – village character, patio homes, same connectivity.

01

Why S'Alqueria Blanca

The village has its own identity, a beautiful plaça with two good bars and a size that stays honest. People know each other, you hear Spanish and Mallorcan, and Sunday really is Sunday. And yet Santanyí is just 5 minutes away – you live in the village and use the town.

02

Living in S'Alqueria Blanca

Classic townhouses with patios, often from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Natural stone, high rooms, sometimes a well in the inner courtyard. In the surrounding countryside, fincas and country homes with almond and olive trees. Prices noticeably below Santanyí.

03

Location and access

Santanyí 5 minutes, Cala d'Or 10, Portopetro 5, the beaches of Cala Mondragó 10. Palma 50 minutes via the Ma-19, the airport about an hour out – roughly an 8-hour flight from New York. The village has the essentials (bakery, bar, pharmacy, small supermarket) – the rest is in Santanyí.

We know the island

The right one isn't always online.

A lot of what we place never makes it into the shop window. Off-market, from a neighbor, from a developer, from a lawyer. If you have an idea of what you're looking for, let's talk – we'll listen and see what fits.
