We're not an agency cranking out glossy ads. We're a brand that shares Mallorca - through honest writing, good photography, a beautiful website and a crew that accompanies rather than sells. You help us make that a little better every day.
Your tasks
What you do with us .
- You run our social channels - Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube - together with Susanne.
- You write copy for newsletter, blog posts and property descriptions in BVC style: short, calm, honest.
- You work with our tools: Canva, Metricool, Mailchimp, Sanity CMS, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads - we'll show you anything you don't know yet.
- You help plan small campaigns, build reports, and keep an eye on performance and trends.
- You bring your own ideas. We're looking for someone who thinks along - not someone who only executes.
You fit us if ...
We look for people, not résumés.
- You live in Mallorca and can be in our Santanyí office at least one day per week.
- You study business, marketing or something related - the exact program matters less than your stance.
- You speak good German and solid English. Spanish is a plus, not a must.
- You have taste - for language, for images, for atmosphere.
- You work independently, cleanly, honestly. We trust you, you trust us.
- You love the island. Not just the weather - also what lies underneath.
