Calonge is located in the southeast of Mallorca - a settled village between Felanitx and Cala d'Or. Dry-stone walls, olive trees, small bodegas, and stone-and-sand houses define the landscape. Little tourism, a great deal of authenticity, and a slow pace. In the village you'll find a bar, a small grocery store, a bakery, and the church. Permanent neighbours, a typical village life - practical access to everything you need day-to-day, without the noise of larger towns. Felanitx, the historic market town with around 18,000 residents, is about 10 minutes away. There you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks, schools, kindergartens, and the health centre. The Felanitx weekly market takes place on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. throughout the town centre - one of the largest on the island.
