The finca is located in the south of Mallorca, in the rural surroundings of Llucmajor. A quiet country lane lined with pines, almond trees, and dry-stone walls - open land defines the scene here, not traffic. Permanent neighbours are the exception rather than the rule. A few minutes by car brings you to the centre of Llucmajor (around 14,000 residents) with its full infrastructure: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques around the Plaça Espanya. Weekly market on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sunday mornings. Schools, kindergartens, and a modern health centre are also in town. Families will find public schools and kindergartens in Llucmajor - and Eurocampus in Palma, an international school, is 25 to 30 minutes away. The sea is close. The rocky coves and sandy beaches of the south coast - Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Vallgornera, and the long sandy stretches of Es Trenc and Es Carbó - are 10 to 25 minutes by car.
