About the property

Description

In Cala Llombards, a short walk from the cove, stands this Ibizan-style chalet built in 1984. The house is in well-maintained condition, fully furnished, and ready to move into. Three bedrooms - two smaller ones and a main bedroom - one bathroom, a cosy living area, and an open-plan kitchen with dining space make up the interior. Parquet floors, satellite TV, fitted kitchen. Outside: garden with pool, outdoor dining area, terrace, and plenty of calm. The view opens onto greenery. The plot has further potential - a guest house can be developed, a herb or designed garden created, a staircase to a rooftop terrace added. What is already in place works well; what is still missing is yours to shape. A valid ETV holiday rental licence for up to 5 guests is included - legal holiday letting is possible without any new application process. For you, if… you are looking for a move-in-ready, fully furnished house in Cala Llombards with garden, pool, and development potential, and want to use the proximity to the cove as part of everyday life.

Location

Location

Cala Llombards is located in the southeast of Mallorca - a small coastal settlement between pines, pale sandstone, and rocky coastline. Everything here is reachable on foot. The cove of Cala Llombards is about ten minutes on foot. Fine sand, turquoise water, high rock cliffs, and the chiringuito right on the beach make it one of the most beautiful family coves in the region. Those who arrive early have the beach almost to themselves. The iconic Caló des Moro and Cala s'Almunia can be easily reached via the coastal path or by car in a few minutes. Santanyí is about ten minutes by car. The lively market town is the heart of the region: weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. around the Plaça Major, boutiques, bakeries, pharmacies, wine and olive oil shops, the health centre (Centre de Salut), and restaurants around the Iglesia de Sant Andreu. Families will find the public primary school CEIP Santanyí and several kindergartens here. International schools such as Eurocampus in Palma are 45 to 60 minutes by car. Mondragó nature reserve - a few minutes by car - offers calm coves, pine forests, and walking trails. The harbour of Portopetro with Es Bergant and La Caracola at the water is a good spot for warm evenings. The Felanitx Sunday market is worth the trip on weekends. Palma airport is around 50 minutes away, and the city centre about an hour. Golfers will find Vall d'Or Golf in 25 minutes, set among pines with sea views. Cala Llombards is a place where life naturally slows down. Mornings with the sound of the sea, afternoons at the cove, evenings winding down by the pool.
