About the property
Description
Cala Figuera is one of the most authentic coastal villages in Mallorca. A natural fishing harbour that has barely changed for generations, natural stone, white facades, and the sea always close by. In a quiet position just a few minutes' walk from the harbour and its restaurants, this new-build villa is taking shape - completion in 2026. On a 388 m² plot, 154 m² of living space is distributed across two levels. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The architecture reinterprets Mediterranean building with clean lines and natural materials: stone floors, generous glazing, flowing transitions between inside and out. Private pool, generous open and covered terraces. The lower ground floor - around 100 m² - holds the real potential of the house. Fitness room, spa, wine cellar, home office: how this space is used remains open. The fitted kitchen is included as standard; further specification details can still be determined during the build. For you, if… you are looking for a villa in one of the island's most unspoilt fishing villages, value new-build quality and comfort, and want to get into Cala Figuera before completion.

Location
Cala Figuera is located in the southeast of Mallorca - one of the most authentic fishing villages on the island. Low white houses clustered around the narrow natural harbour inlet, wooden boathouses on stilts over the water, fishermen at the jetty - the scene has barely changed for generations. The villa sits in the quiet residential part above the harbour, connected to the coast yet sheltered from the bustle. The harbour is a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants such as Bon Vent and La Marina sit right at the water with fresh fish, tapas, and views over the boats. There is no sandy beach in the village itself, but the rock platforms at the end of the harbour are a local secret for swimming and snorkelling. Caló des Moro and Cala s'Almunia, two of the island's finest coves, are 10 minutes away; Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards in 10 to 15 minutes. Santanyí is about eight minutes by car. The lively market town is the heart of the region: weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. around the Plaça Major, small boutiques, bakeries, pharmacies, the health centre (Centre de Salut), and restaurants around the Iglesia de Sant Andreu. Families will find the public primary school CEIP Santanyí and several kindergartens there. International schools such as Eurocampus in Palma are 45 to 60 minutes by car. Mondragó nature reserve - 10 to 15 minutes by car - offers calm coves, pine forests, and walking trails. Portopetro with its small harbour is 15 minutes away. Golfers will find Vall d'Or Golf in 15 to 20 minutes. Palma airport is around 45 to 50 minutes away. Cala Figuera is a place for those who love the original Mallorca. Morning fishing boats, afternoon jumps from the rocks, evening tapas at the harbour.
