Cala Llombards is located in the southeast of Mallorca - a small coastal settlement between pines, pale sandstone, and rocky coastline. The villa sits in an elevated position on the hillside of the village - the pines define the surroundings, the view extends over the rooftops to the sea. The cove of Cala Llombards is a few minutes on foot. Fine sand, turquoise water, high rock cliffs, and the chiringuito right on the beach. The iconic coves Caló des Moro and Cala s'Almunia are a few minutes away on foot via the coastal path. Santanyí is about ten minutes by car. The lively market town is the heart of the region: weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. around the Plaça Major, boutiques, bakeries, pharmacies, wine and olive oil shops, the health centre (Centre de Salut), and restaurants around the Iglesia de Sant Andreu.
