About the property
Description
A little outside Cala Llombards, set among dry-stone walls, olive trees, and pines, this Mediterranean finca sits on a plot of around 1,000 m². The house was built in 2002 and reflects an older standard; renovation will bring it to a new level. The finca has three and a half bedrooms, a living room, a fitted kitchen, and an additional room that can be used flexibly as an office, guest room, or workspace. Outdoor shower, covered terrace, outdoor dining area, and garden make up the exterior. There is no pool - the plot has sufficient space for one. The views open to mountains and panorama; the quiet of this secluded position is the main spatial asset. For those who can see potential: the plot is generous, the structure solid. What is created here can become something distinct - a house that stands apart rather than in line with others. Close by are Caló des Moro, Cala s'Almunia, and Cala Llombards, three coves that are difficult to surpass. For you, if… you are looking for a generous plot, a quiet rural position near three outstanding coves, and a finca with open renovation potential that you can complete to your own design.

Location
Location
Cala Llombards is located in the southeast of Mallorca - a small coastal settlement between pines, pale sandstone, and rocky coastline. The finca sits a little outside the village on a quiet track - surrounded by dry-stone walls, olive trees, and pines. Permanent neighbours are the exception rather than the rule here. The cove of Cala Llombards is a few minutes by car or bicycle. Fine sand, turquoise water, high rock cliffs, and the chiringuito right on the beach make it one of the most beautiful family coves in the region. The iconic Caló des Moro and Cala s'Almunia are a short stretch along the coast and can be connected easily via the coastal path. Santanyí is about ten minutes by car. The lively market town is the heart of the region: weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. around the Plaça Major, small boutiques, bakeries, pharmacies, wine and olive oil shops, the health centre (Centre de Salut), and restaurants around the Iglesia de Sant Andreu. Families will find the public primary school CEIP Santanyí and several kindergartens here. International schools such as Eurocampus in Palma are 45 to 60 minutes by car. Mondragó nature reserve - a few minutes by car - offers calm coves, pine forests, and walking trails. The harbour of Portopetro with Es Bergant and La Caracola at the water is a good spot for warm evenings. The Felanitx Sunday market is worth the drive. Palma airport is around 50 minutes away, and the city centre about an hour. Golfers will find Vall d'Or Golf in 25 minutes, set among pines with sea views. Cala Llombards is a place where life naturally slows down. Morning quiet in the garden, afternoons at the cove, evenings winding down under the olive trees.
