About the property
Description
Across approximately 260 m², you’ll find a home that feels light: Three spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, the master with a thoughtful walk-in closet, and all rooms filled with natural light. A modern, open kitchen with an island and plenty of storage completes the picture, along with a separate Dirty Kitchen, a private laundry room, and a guest WC. The living area flows seamlessly outside - into the private garden with mature greenery, a lounge area, an 8 x 3 m pool, and a spacious outdoor dining area for long evenings under the open sky. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace awaits: Your view stretches over the landscape to the sea and the island of Cabrera, while on the other side, you overlook the village and the church of Ses Salines. Natural materials like wood and stone meet modern comforts: Underfloor heating, climate control via Air Zone System, and a private garage. And the best part: The house is ready to go. Turn the key, bring in your personal belongings - and you’ll enjoy your new home on Mallorca, summer 2026 included. Villa Cabrera is for you if you want to live right in the village - without giving up tranquility, quality, and that special Mallorca feeling.

Location
Location
Ses Salines is located in the south of Mallorca - a settled village of around 2,000 residents between saltpans and pine forests. The house sits in a quiet residential area close to the village centre - traditional natural stone houses mix with well-kept gardens and dry-stone walls. Permanent neighbours, typical village life, and short distances to everything. The Plaça Major with Cassai Gran café, restaurants such as Sa Sini and La Bottega, and the Iglesia de Sant Bartomeu is a few minutes on foot. On Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the weekly market fills the Plaça Major with stalls, aromas, and conversation. The bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy are also within walking distance. The village's name recalls the historic salt fields that go back to Roman times and give the region its very own character to this day. Families will find the public primary school, a kindergarten, and the small health station in the village. International schools such as Eurocampus in Palma are 40 to 50 minutes away by car. The sea is close. The beaches of Es Trenc, Es Carbó, and Ses Roquetes are about 10 minutes by car - long, pale sandy beaches, turquoise water, protected nature. The harbour of Colonia de Sant Jordi with its cafés and boat moorings is also 10 minutes away. Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí, and the Mondragó nature reserve are 15 to 20 minutes. The flat landscape around Ses Salines is excellent for cycling. Golfers will find courses around Llucmajor in about 20 minutes, Vall d'Or Golf in 25 minutes. Palma airport is around 35 minutes, and the city centre about 45 minutes. Ses Salines is Mallorca at a quiet pace. Morning coffee on the Plaça, afternoons at the sandy beach, evenings winding down with a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace.
