Each chalet offers approximately 125 m² of living space over two floors, with five double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The ground floor contains the entrance area, living and dining room, kitchen, utility room, one bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are a further living area, the remaining bedrooms and the second bathroom. One bedroom opens onto a terrace. This gives you places to spend time apart even when traveling with family or friends. Built in 2007, the houses are offered furnished and ready to use. Features include a fitted kitchen, tiled floors, double-glazed PVC windows and hot/cold air conditioning. Terraces, covered outdoor areas and a rooftop terrace bring daily life outside. Each house has its own parking space. We will review the precise fittings and allocation of outdoor areas with you at the selected unit. The development comprises eleven chalets on a shared plot of 3.273 m². Two communal pools, garden areas and other shared spaces form the setting for the houses. This total land area is not the private plot of the chalet offered here. A private garden area is a possibility within the development; its extent and use rights depend on the particular unit and must be clarified before purchase. A valid ETV holiday-rental license has been confirmed for each of the four available houses. Alongside personal use, holiday letting can therefore be considered within the terms of the relevant permit. This listing concerns one house, not the purchase of the operating company. Cala Egos is on the southwestern side of Cala d'Or, on Mallorca's southeast coast. White houses, small coves and the nearby marina shape this part of town. Around the development, you will find a holiday neighborhood with its own shops and restaurants, rather than an isolated rural setting. Your day can move between the terrace, the shared pool and a trip to the sea. In the morning, Eroski in Cala Egos is an option for bread, fruit and whatever you plan to put on the table later. For a longer outing, head to Santanyí. Its market takes place around Plaça Major on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Between the vegetables, cheeses and craft stalls, there is time for a coffee before you return to the coast with your shopping. Cala Egos and Caló des Pou are the local swimming coves on this side of Cala d'Or. These are compact sandy beaches within a developed coastal town, not secluded natural beaches. In summer, an early visit to the water can be followed by time at the development's pool. Beach Bar Es Pou is directly on the beach at Caló des Pou. Which cove you choose can simply depend on the day's plans. Everyday services include Farmàcia Cala Egos and the UBS Cala d'Or primary care clinic. The public CEIP Santa Maria del Mar serves preschool and primary-age children; its designated secondary school is IES Santanyí. CS Santanyí provides further health services. If you plan longer stays, these are useful points of contact beyond the usual holiday activities. In the evening, you might start at Egos Beach-Club & Restaurant by Caló des Pou, then continue toward the marina. Walk along the boats and look for a waterside table without planning every part of the evening. Or stay on your own terrace and let the day wind down there. Cala Egos follows a seasonal rhythm: summer brings more people out, while the quieter months have a different atmosphere and a changing choice of places to eat. Palma is an option for a day in the city by car. Allow approximately an hour to reach the airport, potentially longer depending on traffic and your route.
