About the property

Description

As evening falls, the outline of the bay gives way to the lights of Palma. From this finca's elevated position in Bunyola, the view takes in the Tramuntana, the city and the sea beyond. On the rooftop terrace, it opens out in every direction. When you sit outside here, the capital stays in sight while the garden surrounds the house. Built in 2008 and modernized in 2025, the finca stands on a plot of approximately 23.406 m². Around 970 m² of living space is arranged over three levels; approximately 1.850 m² of usable area is listed separately. The open living and dining area combines light stone floors, wood elements and large windows. A SieMatic kitchen with an island and pantry forms part of this shared space. Outside, a fully equipped kitchen continues the same approach. Both kitchens feature appliances from Miele and BORA. You can stay close to the conversation while preparing dinner, indoors or out. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom and covered terrace. Two of these bedrooms can be separated off with a living area and independent entrance, allowing guests or staff a more independent routine. A dressing room, wine cellar, gym and sauna complement the accommodation. The finca is offered furnished, with an interior concept that includes Minotti, Mühldorfer, Ritmonio, Cielo and Casabath. Underfloor heating, a heat pump and full hot/cold air conditioning support year-round use. Around the 95 m² pool are places to lounge, eat and spend time together. Covered terraces, several lounge areas and a barbecue spot overlooking the bay add further outdoor settings. Approximately 700 m² is listed for balconies and terraces combined. You can choose between a sheltered table in the shade and the open panorama of the rooftop terrace. An underground garage and a carport of around 220 m² complete the property. Photovoltaics, satellite internet, an alarm system, an electric entrance gate and automatic irrigation are installed. The house is ready to move into, with room to adapt it to your own plans. An increase from six to eight bedrooms is currently offered as an option. A pool bar and the individual design of approximately 75% of the outdoor areas are also possibilities, not existing features. Around ten weeks after purchase is envisaged for agreed modifications; scope, feasibility and timing must be agreed in detail beforehand. You do not have to start with an empty plot, but can still shape how you use the place.

Location

Location

Bunyola lies north of Palma, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The municipality includes the historic village, smaller residential areas and extensive countryside. The finca combines an elevated setting with views back toward the capital. Daily life need not revolve around a single village square: your plans may take you into Bunyola, toward Palma or into the mountains. For a morning in the old village, Es Forn de Sa Posada is a place to pick up bread and Mallorcan pastries. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, Sa Plaça hosts a market with fruit, vegetables and regional produce. You can combine shopping with a coffee on the square; SUMA and Bip Bip complement the village's smaller shops. An errand can become a leisurely stop before you return to your own terrace. A day by the sea means taking the car, rather than walking from the finca. Beyond the mountains, Port de Sóller offers Platja d'en Repic and a promenade along the bay. Swim in the morning, stay around the harbor for a while, then head inland again: the beach and your retreat do not have to share the same address. On other days, Palma is the alternative for time in the city. Everyday services are also available within the municipality. The village has the Farmàcia de Bunyola, the UBS Bunyola primary care clinic and the public CEIP Mestre Colom school. Its reference health center is CS Santa Maria. Palmanyola also has a primary care clinic and its own public school, CEIP Gaspar Sabater. Which services fit your routine will depend on where your daily journeys take you. In the evening, you might choose a table at Antic Grill in the old village, where grilled meat and fish feature on the menu. Or stay on Sa Plaça a little longer before heading home. Back at the finca, the terrace can be enough: mountains on one side, the lights of Palma on the other. Being close to the capital also leaves room for an evening there, without making city life the rhythm of your home. The property information gives approximate driving times of 15 minutes to central Palma and 20 minutes to the airport. Traffic and your precise destination may extend the journey.
